Online Booking Terms
Please read the following basic steps in order to make your online reservation at a Best Western hotel in Spain, Portugal or worldwide.

Online reservation for a Best Western hotel in Spain and Portugal

1.- Enter the Reservations Area and select a destination in Spain or Portugal. Choose an Arrival and Departure Date and click on “Search”.

2.- A list of hotels in the destination will appear. Select the hotel that you want by clicking on “Check Availability”.

3.- When the selected hotel appears on the screen:

     3.1.- Check the arrival and departure dates.
     3.2.- Select the number of guest rooms needed (there is a limit of 3 guest rooms per reservation).
     3.3.- Select the number of guests staying in each room.
     3.4.- Choose the type of rate if you wish, or select the option “show all rates”.
     3.5.- Click on “Check Availability”.

4.- The next screen displays the initially selected rates and room types. Select the option that best suites your needs and then click on “Book it”.

The following screen shows the details of the reservation. Please review carefully the Reservation Summary and Room Details and then fill in this information:

     5.1.- Guest information: fill in the form (name, surname, etc.)
     5.2.- Billing information: a credit card number must be given in order to make a reservation. This number will only be used to guarantee the reservation and not as a form of payment. The payment method can be decided later on. Only in certain cases where a special rate applies (such as Early Web Specials, Last Minute Offers, etc.) will a credit card payment be required at the same time the reservation is made. Some reservations may require pre-payment of the first night’s stay by credit card in order to guarantee the booking.
     5.3.- Comments and special requests: include any additional comment that you wish to send the hotel about your reservation.

6.- Finally, double check that all of the information is correct and click on “Submit Reservation”.

7.- A reservation confirmation code will automatically appear on the next screen. Save this confirmation number as it will be necessary for any change or cancellation. If this number is not given when changing or cancelling a reservation or if the guest does not check in at the hotel on the arrival date, the guest will have to pay the amount equivalent to a first night’s stay. This amount will be charged to the credit card which was given when making the reservation.

1.- Enter the Reservations Area and select a country. You will be automatically redirected to the next screen.

2.- Select the destination city, state or region and country and then choose the arrival and departure dates. You may also select hotel features and amenities. Click on “Find Hotel”.
