• Comparison Shop - Find a better rate on another website with the same criteria: hotel, room type, date, payment type and number of people.
• Submit a claim. Fill out the Low Rate Guaranteed! Claim Form (the form is in English) on www.bestwestern.com and submit it within 48 hours of making the reservation on www.bestwestern.com or call Best Western Customer Relations.
• Verification and Claim Resolution. A customer service representative shall check the claim validity on the basis of the Terms and Conditions, and shall contact the customer by e-mail or telephone in order to advise him/her of the status of the claim.
