How does Best Western Advance works?
The Program offers very special rates at participating Best Western hotels throughout Europe, and it operates in conjunction with our Best Western Travel Card prepaid travel solution, working like a prepaid smart card. The card is loaded with units having a retail price of 22€ each.
Is there a way to find out how many units should we load on the Best Western Travel Card before we travel?
Each participating Best Western hotel offers rooms in pre-paid price increments, including accommodation, breakfast and taxes:
• Double Room:
Between 3 units (66€) and 9 units per night per double room. The required number of units per double room per night at each hotel is listed in the Best Western Atlas & Hotel Guide Europe.
• Single Room:
Between 2 units (44€) and 8 units per single room per night. The required number of units is listed in the Best Western Atlas & Hotel Guide (Europe, Mediterranean, Africa and Asia).

Third Person: Simply add 1 unit (22€) per night to the double room rate.
• Children:
No additional charge for one child sharing a double room with 2 paying adults.
In addition, special offers are available. During seven months each year, and thanks to the special Summer Low (July 01 - August 31) and Winter Special (November 01 - March 31) promotions, selected participating hotels offer double rooms from 33 € per person, also with breakfast and taxes included.
