The 16 international minimum global standards under the name BestRequest™ (in addition to the other amenities and services already offered in accordance with the quality standards in force in each territory) guests can count on at every Best Western are:


King size beds available in a minimum of 10 percent of rooms

At least 50% of guest rooms are non-smoking rooms

Full-length mirror in all guest rooms

Complimentary coffee or tea available for guests 24 hours a day

Clock in all guest rooms

Safe deposit box available at least in reception

Guest room TVs to offer at least one English language channel with international news

Complimentary high-speed Internet Access in all rooms

Complimentary luggage storage service for a minimum of six hours after check-out

Music provided in all guest rooms

Iron and board (in room or on request)

Buffet breakfast available on-site

Complete complimentary toiletries kit available in guest room and/or reception

Photocopying and fax services available to guests at least 14 hours a day

At least one electrical outlet available 24 hours a day in order to recharge electrical devices
